WHITE SOX ANNOUNCE 2011 SPRING TRAINING SCHEDULE
CHICAGO - The Chicago White Sox begin their 2011 spring training schedule on Monday, February 28 as the “visiting” team against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Camelback Ranch – Glendale (CBR), the teams’ shared ballpark in Glendale, Ariz.
The White Sox play 15 home games are at CBR, including one against the crosstown-rival Cubs (March 11) and two against the Dodgers (March 20 and March 23). The Sox also play the Cubs in Mesa on March 24 and are the visiting team against the Dodgers at CBR on March 13, in addition to the spring opener.
All Sox home games begin at 1:05 p.m. (Arizona time) except for contests vs. Oakland on March 18 (4:05 p.m.) and vs. Arizona on Match 25 (7:05 p.m.)
The White Sox Cactus League schedule closes with a split-squad game against Kansas City in Surprise on March 29. The Sox play an exhibition game at Winston-Salem, their Class A affiliate in the Carolina League, on March 30 in advance of the regular-season opener vs. Cleveland on April 1 at U.S. Cellular Field.
Tickets to games at CBR are on sale at whitesox.com/springtraining and include the following plans:
- 30 games (all White Sox and Dodgers games)
- 15 games (all White Sox home games, including two games vs. the Dodgers at CBR)
- 7 games (weekly package, including games to both Dodgers and White Sox)
- 3 games (any three games of choice).

White Sox pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report to spring training on February 17, with position players reporting on February 22. The first full-squad workout is set for February 22.
